The Seba T Joint Stock Company has all stages of textile manufacture at its disposal, in other words, a spinning mill, a weaving mill, a dyeing plant, a fini-shing plant, and a ready-made goods department. Quality is strictly monitored throughout the entire production process in the form of mid-operational and output inspections so that all materials that leave the production plant are fit to meet even the most demanding customer requirement.
The spinning mill
The spinning mill stands at the very front of our entire product manufacturing process. The production capacity of our spinning mill is some 1200 tonnes per annum and all yarns are made of raw materials that have been optically cleaned on VISION SHIELD-JOSSI equipment produced by the Rieter company.
The weaving mill
The weaving mill is equipped with modern weaving process equipment, the basis of which consists of a SULZER 330 gripper loom that allows weaving to the desired width, up to 300 cm. These looms are accompanied by modern PICANOL needle looms and air-jet looms.
The dyeing plant and finishing plant
The dyeing plant and finishing plant put the final touches to the entire range of fabrics in a wide choice of shades and finishes. The choice of dyes – direct dye, reactive dye, vat dye, sulphur dye, and disperse dye – together with modern procedures of preliminary finishing and dyeing on jigger machines ensure top-quality dyeing in line with customer demands. Optical brightening agents help achieve a high standard of whiteness, whilst the precision of the shade of dye or whiteness is controlled by a Datacolor photo-colorimeter. Fabrics are given a variety of finishes that make sure of their utility properties and use for specific purposes.
Ready-made goods
Our ready-made goods plant uses our very own material to manufacture quilt blankets and pillows that go on to be filled with down or synthetic materials, as well as bedclothes that come in a wide range of sizes and finishes. A large part of our ready-made goods output is intended for export abroad.
