Bed ticking is the very base of the Seba T production programme. Our product line includes bed ticking that is intended to be stuffed with all types of fillings that you can possibly imagine for the manufacture of blankets and pillows. Indeed it is in the manufacture of bed ticking that the company's long textile tradition and the experience of our employees, passed from generation to generation, come to the fore and which together make Seba T the leading manufacturer of bed ticking in Europe.

We divide bed ticking as follows according to the type of filling:

• for down fillings
• for synthetic fillings
• for other natural fleeces

We apply various types of finishes to our bed ticking:

• a softening finish
• a finish that ensures low shrinkage
• a finish that allows for washing at various temperatures, even boiling at 95 °C
• an antibacterial finish, which also acts against mites
• a water repellent and non-soiling finish
• a finish to reduce combustibility
• hygienic and medical finishes Sanitized, Actifresh, Actigard, Aloe Vera

We manufacture our bed ticking from 100 % cotton, from a blend of polyester and cotton, or even from 100 % Trevira CS polyester.We supply our bed ticking in uni dyeing or with print, and customers are either able to buy by length or in the form of ready-made goods such as pre-sewn quilt blankets and pillows that are ready to be filled by the customer himself.

We also have a wide range of ready-made goods that are tailored to suit customer demands. All the customer has to do is choose sewing with braid or without and to select one of the many types of quilting.

Thanks to a combination of different materials and types of finishing, there is a wide range of uses for our bed ticking, from the manufacture of pillows for seats for the furniture-making industry all the way to the production of anti-allergic blankets and pillows. Neither do we forget about children in our range of ready-made goods or about furnishing children's beds. We make bed ticking that meets even the most demanding requirements on being non-detrimental to health. The quality of our bed ticking is regularly inspected and the bed ticking itself is produced in accordance with all valid environmental requirements on textile manufacture in the EU.
